Low Occupancy Discount

Whilst the country is facing restrictions on how many people and households can holiday together, we are able to offer our larger properties on a Low Occupancy Discount for the remainder of 2020 (excluding Christmas and New Year) and January 2021.

The following conditions apply when placing a booking with Low Occupancy;

Bedroom Allocation
If you have selected 2 guests only 1 bedroom should be used.
If you have selected 3 guests only 2 bedrooms should be used.
If you have selected 4 guests only 2 bedrooms should be used.
If you have selected 5 guests only 3 bedrooms should be used.
If you have selected 6 guests only 3 bedrooms should be used.
If you have selected 7 guests only 4 bedrooms should be used.
If you have selected 8 guests only 4 bedrooms should be used.

Balmeadowside Farmhouse

Sleeping up to 8 in four ensuite bedrooms, Balmeadowside Farmhouse near Cupar in Fife is our largest property at Balmeadowside Country Lodges & Cottages.

This property boasts a wood burning stove, games room with pool table and of course a private hot tub overlooking the Fife countryside.

Vicarsford Farmhouse

Vicarsford Farmhouse in Leuchars near St Andrews can sleep up to 10. This property has 3 ensuite bedrooms plus a further 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Set on a working farm, the property offers a private and peaceful escape to the country.

To keep you entertained, this property has a games room with pool table, table tennis in the garage and your private hot tub!

Lord Galloway Lodges

Nestled on the edge of the Galloway Forest, our Lord Galloway Lodges at Conifer Lodges in Newton Stewart offer accommodation for up to 6 or 8 guests in 3 or 4 bedrooms.

Explore the local area and then retreat back to your cosy lodge where you can take advantage of the dark skies region and end your day in the comfort of your private hot tub star gazing with a glass of fizz!

Rossie Ochil Estate

At Rossie Ochil Estate we have 4 properties sleeping 6 to 12. This secluded estate in the Ochil Hills of Perthshire is the perfect retreat to escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

You’ll truly feel you are a million miles from anywhere, however the city of Perth is only a thirty minute drive and both Edinburgh and Glasgow are no more than an hour and a half away.

Greenmyre Farmhouse

Sleeping up to 10 guests, Greenmyre Farmhouse near Kirriemuir in Angus, is a traditional farmhouse with a modern twist.

Recently refurbished, this farmhouse has 5 bedrooms (3 ensuite), 2 lounges with wood burning stoves, a gorgeous kitchen overlooking the Angus countryside, a large garden and a private hot tub.

  Our larger properties do require a security deposit.
• When more bedrooms are used than stated above there will be deductions taken from your security deposit to cover the additional cleaning costs.
• When you have purchased your stay on a low occupancy discount, you must not exceed the number of guests stated on your booking confirmation. If additional guests stay in the property deductions will be taken from your security deposit to cover the additional cleaning costs.
