The Perfect Base to Explore Scotland

Located in the rolling Ochil Hills of Perthshire, Rossie Ochil is the perfect place to relax and unwind with properties sleeping 6 to 16.

At Rossie Ochil you’ll truly feel you are a million miles from anywhere, however the city of Perth is only a thirty minute drive and both Edinburgh and Glasgow are no more than an hour and a half away.

Our onsite team are extremely knowledgeable on the estate and local area so please ask for their expertise on nearby walks (our accommodation is also dog friendly!) and they’ll be happy to point you in the right direction.

I have stayed with Solid Luxury before at the Stag’s View, so this was my second time booking with this company. Definitely not disappointed (again!)& have referred all my friends for weekend breaks. The properties are immaculate, communication is excellent, location is superb. Hot tubs & log burners are a bonus!! Will definitely be booking again. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay.

We love Keepers Lodge! So spacious, light and airy. Clean and so well equipped, Dolly and Heather have everything so well prepared. Such comfortable beds, I personally have trouble sleeping in any other bed but my own, not at Keepers Lodge though! Games table a bonus, that's an addition since our last stay Such a beautiful location, peace and tranquility, great for walking. Lambing season had started, how very hard the shepherds, Kenny and his team work. Had a fantastic stay, can't wait to go again. Many thanks to everyone.

This place is amazing !! i have stayed at several properties now and Rossie Ochil House did not disappoint ! i was lady of the manor for the weekend :) We were a group of 15 ladies from 22 - 90 and every one of us enjoyed our weekend, everything is there that you need and more. Cannot fault anything at all, I really enjoyed cooking on the aga, the kitchen is so well equipped, the crockery is lovely I really cannot express how great Heather & the team are - we are already planning our next visit.
