The farmhouse can sleep up to 10 guests and boasts a private hot tub, games room and 2 sitting rooms making this the ideal holiday home for the whole family… you don’t even need to leave your dogs behind as the farmhouse will also allow up to 3 dogs.
Enjoy a round of golf and then head back to Vicarsford Farmhouse to relax in the hot tub! Vicarsford is perfectly situated for keen golfers with Saint Michaels Golf Club, Drumoig Golf and Scotscraig Golf Club right on our doorstop and all within 5 miles. St Andrews Links is only 9 miles away offering a further 7 courses and for those of you interested in the annual Dunhill Links Championship we are only 19 miles from Carnoustie Golf Links and 16 miles from Kingsbarn Golf Links.

Sleeps Vicarsford Farmhouse sleeps 10.
Family An additional guest bed or travel cot can be added to your booking if you have young children. Vicarsford Farmhouse will sleep a maximum of 12 with the addition of 2 guest beds or travel cots for children only.
Dogs We allow up to 3 dogs in Vicarsford Farmhouse at an additional cost. 1 dog will cost £30.00, 2 dogs will cost £45.00 and 3 dogs will cost £60.00 per stay.
Bedrooms All bedrooms are upstairs. The master is a set super king bedroom, one other set king size bedroom and a further three bedrooms can be set as super king or twin.
Bathrooms The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath. There are a further two en-suite shower rooms, one family bathroom with shower over bath and a downstairs cloakroom.
Facilities Fridge & freezer, toaster, kettle, AGA, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer located in master bedroom, TV & DVD player, games room with pool table, open fire, private hot tub.
WiFi We have free WiFi in all of our properties, and you will find the password in your welcome book. Please note that we cannot guarantee the signal strength or quality. Bookings should not be made if they are wholly reliant upon the uninterrupted provision of WiFi.
Logs for Fire A starter pack of logs, kindling and matches is included. Additional logs can be purchased on site.
Arrival & Departure Vicardford Farmhouse has flexible entry dates. Arrival time is any time from 4pm. Departure is 10am.
Outside Vicarsford Farmhouse offers an enclosed patio area to the back of the farmhouse accessed from the kitchen with table and chairs. The patio leads to the large enclosed garden where you will also find your private hot tub overlooking the Fife countryside.
Parking There is a parking area to the front of the farmhouse.

Security Deposit There is a £500.00 security deposit on Vicarsford Farmhouse due 7 days prior to arrival
Group Booking All bookings made for our larger properties are subject to our Group Terms. Group and single sex bookings are welcome with the understanding that from 10pm we ask guests to respect the need for privacy and quiet by other guests. The locations are not suitable for stag and hen groups looking to play loud music and use our facilities for parties. We do not normally take bookings where more than half the party is aged 17-25. If this is the case please call us on 0333 210 1055 prior to making the booking in order that we may discuss your requirements further.
