Booking Your Stay with Solid Luxury
You can book your stay to any of our 8 locations throughout Scotland online or if you would rather you can telephone us directly and we can help you.
How to Choose Your Property
We have lodges, cottages and farmhouses in Angus, Dumfries & Galloway, Fife, Inverness-shire and Perthshire. Simply click on the button at the top right of this page ‘Check Availability & Prices’ and choose your options; here you can search by location or if you don’t mind where in Scotland you would like to stay then leave the location section blank.
Once you have searched with your specific criteria you will be presented with a page of various properties to suit your requirements, from here you can go on to the page for each property to find out more and book your stay.
We will only hold a provisional booking for a maximum of 48 hours (this will be less if your booking is for dates within 14 days). To secure your booking we require a 30% non-refundable deposit with the balance due 1 month prior to arrival. If your stay is within the month the full balance is due at the time of booking.
We have flexible entry dates on all of our properties and allow short breaks throughout the year however in peak seasons some of our properties will have a 4 or 7 nights minimum stay.
We do not offer 1 night breaks unless they naturally occur in our calendar (except from our Birch Lodges with no hot tub at Conifer Lodges). You can find all 1 night special offer breaks in the offers section of our website.
Paying for your Holiday
We accept payment by debit card and credit card (except American Express). There is no additional charge for either payment type. You can pay by card securely online via the link in your invoice or call us to pay over the telephone. When you book online, you are guided to the payment portal to pay securely by card. If you book by telephone we will take your payment over the phone or if you prefer, send you a link for online payment. For the payment of your final balance, you will be sent a reminder email with the invoice and link to pay securely by card.
Deposit – To secure your booking we require a 30% non-refundable deposit of the accommodation rent if your booking is more than a month in advance. If your stay is within the month, we require full payment on booking.
Balance – The balance of your stay including any extras is due 1 month prior to arrival

When making your booking online these are added on the second step of your booking process. If you would like to add these at a later date you can do this via the Manage Your Booking system, by phoning our team or by emailing us.
If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking you must let us know as soon as possible. Your deposit is a non-refundable payment.

Changing your Dates after Booking
If you need to change the dates of your booking please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to meet your requirements, however please note that prices vary throughout the year so there may be an increase in price and amendment will also incur a £25.00 administration fee.
In order to preserve our family environment we do not accept larger groups (properties sleeping 5 or more or multiple properties) of the same sex i.e. birthdays / stag parties / hen parties etc.
Every booking made for properties sleeping 5 or more (or multiple properties) will be required to complete and return our Group Terms, our management team will then look over the information provided and send an email accepting or declining the booking.
A Refundable Security Deposit will be applied to all group bookings and larger properties.
