Rose Cottage at Drumfork Estate is the perfect property for friends and family looking to get away to the country. Drumfork is only 14 miles to Glenshee, 30 miles to Dundee and within an hour and a half to Edinburgh and Glasgow. So although you will feel like you are in the middle of nowhere it is also the perfect base to get out and explore Scotland.
No matter the season, Rose Cottage offers something for everyone with underfloor heating throughout the ground floor, a wood burning stove in the lounge and of course the private hot tub situated outside on the patio area. The cottage sleeps up to 8 in four bedrooms and boasts a large open plan kitchen dining area, perfect for entertaining and enjoying some quality time together.
Whether you choose to stay at Drumfork Estate during your holiday exploring the onsite walks and enjoying the idyllic surroundings or use it as a base to get out and explore the local area, Rose Cottage is the perfect cottage to come back to and relax; we’d especially recommend the hot tub at night where, due to no light pollution, on a clear night, we can’t think of anywhere better for a spot of star gazing!

Sleeps Rose Cottage sleeps 8.
Family An additional travel cot and guest bed can be added to your booking if you have children. Rose Cottage will sleep a maximum of 10 with the addition of travel cots or guest beds for children only.
Dogs We allow up to 3 dogs in Rose Cottage at an additional cost of £30 per stay for 1 dog, £45 per stay for 2 dogs and £60 for 3 dogs.
Bedrooms Upstairs you will find the master super king bedroom (with additional TV) a king size bedroom and a twin bedroom. Downstairs you will find a twin bedroom.
Bathroom The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room. There is a family shower room upstairs and downstairs is a family bathroom with shower over bath.
Facilities 70/30 split fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, oven, induction hob, washer/dryer, hairdryer located in master bedroom, TV & DVD player with additional TV in kitchen and master bedroom, integrated Bluetooth speaker, wood burning stove, private hot tub.
WiFi We have free WiFi in all of our properties, and you will find the password in your welcome book. Please note that we cannot guarantee the signal strength or quality. Bookings should not be made if they are wholly reliant upon the uninterrupted provision of WiFi.
Arrival & Departure Rose Cottage has flexible entry dates. Arrival time is any time from 4pm. Departure is 10am.
Outside Rose Cottage has an open patio with table and chairs, this is where you will also find your private hot tub.
Parking There is a parking area to the side of your cottage.

Security Deposit Rose Cottage has a £250.00 Security Deposit Due 7 Days Prior to Arrival
Group Booking All bookings made for our larger properties are subject to our Group Terms. Group and single sex bookings are welcome with the understanding that from 10pm we ask guests to respect the need for privacy and quiet by other guests. The locations are not suitable for stag and hen groups looking to play loud music and use our facilities for parties. We do not normally take bookings where more than half the party is aged 17-25. If this is the case please call us on 0333 210 1055 prior to making the booking in order that we may discuss your requirements further.
