Mountain Ash Lodge is our dog free ‘Tree’ Lodge and is the perfect property for a family of four with a king size bedroom and twin bedroom. The underfloor heating ensures your lodge is cosy throughout the colder months and of course the private hot tub is sure to warm you on the coldest of nights!
In the warmer months, open your patio doors and take full advantage of your large decking area overlooking the Fife countryside. In any weather explore the Balmeadowside walks with routes suited to all levels of fitness knowing you can rest your weary legs in the hot tub after your adventures. Sleeps Mountain Ash Lodge sleeps up to 4.
Family An additional guest bed or travel cot can be added to your booking if you have young children. Mountain Ash Lodge will sleep a maximum of 4 plus 1 guest bed or travel cot.
Dogs We do not allow dogs in Mountain Ash Lodge. If you would like a dog friendly lodge in a similar style view our other ‘Tree Lodges’ Copper Beech Lodge, Douglas Fir Lodge and Silver Birch Lodge.
Bedrooms One king size bedroom and one twin bedroom.
Bathroom One bathroom with shower over bath.
Facilities Underfloor heating, 70/30 split midi height fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, hairdryer located in master bedroom, TV & DVD player, integrated Bluetooth speaker, private hot tub.
WiFi We have free WiFi in all of our properties, and you will find the password in your welcome book. Please note that we cannot guarantee the signal strength or quality. Bookings should not be made if they are wholly reliant upon the uninterrupted provision of WiFi. If you are looking to watch films etc, we would recommend downloading these prior to arrival.
Arrival & Departure Mountain Ash Lodge has flexible entry dates. Arrival time is any time from 4pm. Departure is 10am.
Outside Mountain Ash Lodge offers an enclosed decking overlooking the Fife countryside where you will find your private hot tub and garden furniture.
Parking There is parking to the side of your lodge for 1 car plus additional visitor parking on site.

Booking Age We do not normally accept bookings from anyone under the age of 21 years unless a manager has approved a booking in advance
