A great lodge for families, Silver Birch Lodge is nestled at the end of our ‘Tree Lodges’ near the woodland walk offering a king size bedroom and twin bedroom with underfloor heating throughout. This lodge has recently been decorated with new flooring throughout the open plan kitchen, dining, living area, new living room furniture and a new kitchen.
Choose to explore Fife from a great base or simply enjoy everything Balmeadowside has to offer from petting the pygmy goats, exploring the onsite walks or relaxing in your private hot tub.

Sleeps Silver Birch Lodge sleeps up to 4.
Family An additional guest bed or travel cot can be added to your booking if you have young children. Silver Birch Lodge will sleep a maximum of 4 plus 1 guest bed or travel cot.
Dogs We allow up to 2 dogs in Silver Birch at an additional cost. 1 dog will cost £30.00 and 2 dogs will cost £45.00 per stay.
Bedrooms One king size bedroom and one twin bedroom.
Bathroom One bathroom with shower over bath.
Facilities Underfloor heating, free standing fridge freezer (70/30 split), toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, hairdryer located in master bedroom, TV & DVD player, integrated Bluetooth speaker, private hot tub.
WiFi We have free WiFi in all of our properties, and you will find the password in your welcome book. Please note that we cannot guarantee the signal strength or quality. Bookings should not be made if they are wholly reliant upon the uninterrupted provision of WiFi. If you are looking to watch films etc, we would recommend downloading these prior to arrival.
Arrival & Departure Silver Birch Lodge has flexible entry dates. Arrival time is any time from 4pm. Departure is 10am.
Outside Silver Birch Lodge offers an enclosed decking overlooking the Fife countryside where you will find your private hot tub and garden furniture. This lodge is also located close to the fairy tree!
Parking There is parking to the side of your lodge for 1 car plus additional visitor parking on site.
