This cottage offers a super king master bedroom with a further three bedrooms which can be set as twin rooms or super king rooms, two shower rooms and one family bathroom. Downstairs there is a large living area leading to the games rooms complete with pool table.
Rossie Ochil is the perfect place to relax and unwind, guests can enjoy the tranquil setting and take in the scenery whilst out walking around the estate. Perthshire is the ideal base if you’re looking to explore Scotland, located only a short distance away from both Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Sleeps Keepers Lodge sleeps 8.
Family An additional guest bed or travel cot can be added to your booking if you have young children. Keepers Lodge will sleep a maximum of 10 with the addition of 2 guest beds or travel cots for children only.
Dogs We allow up to 3 dogs in Keepers Lodge at an additional cost. 1 dog will cost £30.00, 2 dogs will cost £45.00 and 3 dogs will cost £60.00 per stay.
Bedrooms All bedrooms are upstairs. The master is a set super king bedroom and three bedrooms can be set as super king or twin.
Bathroom There are 2 shower rooms in Keepers Lodge and 1 bathroom with shower over bath.
Facilities Undercounter fridge in kitchen and utility plus undercounter freezer in kitchen, toaster, kettle, rangecooker with induction top, dishwasher, washing dryer, hairdryer located in master bedroom, TV & DVD player, pool table, bluetooth speaker, private hot tub.
WiFi We have free WiFi in all of our properties, and you will find the password in your welcome book. Please note that we cannot guarantee the signal strength or quality. Bookings should not be made if they are wholly reliant upon the uninterrupted provision of WiFi.
Arrival & Departure Keepers Lodge has flexible entry dates. Arrival time is any time from 4pm. Departure is 10am.
Outside Keepers Lodge offers an enclosed garden to the front of the property with patio area complete with table and chairs and your private hot tub.
Parking There is a parking area to the front of the cottage.

Security Deposit Keepers Lodge has a £250.00 Security Deposit Due 7 Days Prior to Arrival
Group Booking All bookings made for our larger properties are subject to our Group Terms. Group and single sex bookings are welcome with the understanding that from 10pm we ask guests to respect the need for privacy and quiet by other guests. The locations are not suitable for stag and hen groups looking to play loud music and use our facilities for parties. We do not normally take bookings where more than half the party is aged 17-25. If this is the case please call us on 0333 210 1055 prior to making the booking in order that we may discuss your requirements further.
