Firstly, we would like to thank everyone for their continued support and patience during what has been a very difficult time.

We continue to work with just 3 members of staff, who are all working tirelessly from home to ensure all your queries are answered. We are also working on a comprehensive cleaning programme to ensure the safety of both our staff and guests is met. We ask that you continue to bear with us throughout these unprecedented times.

After the recent government announcement, we have made the decision to close our Solid Luxury sites until 14th July. We will of course continue to follow government advice and keep guests advised of any changes.

You do not need to contact us if you have a holiday booked between 18th June – 14th July, our team will contact you if you have a booking with us in arrival date order.

We have now reverted to our standard payment terms and your balance will be due a month prior to arrival. You can find out more about booking with total confidence HERE.
