Our dedicated team are working hard to ensure that all of our locations are even cleaner than ever! We have given each cottage, lodge and house in every location an extra thorough deep clean during our break.


In addition we have:

  • implemented a thorough cleaning regime to allow for all surfaces to be sanitised between guests
  • adapted the check-in and check-out process to minimise contact
  • added social distancing floor markings where necessary and hand sanitisers


At all times we are taking advice from government sources and trade associations and constantly reviewing and updating procedures.




Check in times will remain at 4pm as we are unable to offer any early arrivals in these times.


When you arrive, simply drive to the property you have booked and the door will be open and key inside. This will allow for contactless arrivals. If you require any assistance upon arrival, please call us on 0333 210 1055 or any of the other numbers sent in your welcome email and we will assist you in any way necessary.


An Updated Cleaning Process for the Current Situation

Our team members are trained to carry out the highest standards of cleanliness and we always deep clean your property before your stay. While we’ve been closed, every single property at every single location has undergone an additional deep clean.


We’ve also developed a new process for between guests to ensure all surfaces are wiped with appropriate antiviral cleansers and all soft furnishings are sprayed with COVID certified barrier spay to ensure they remain bacterial free for up to 8 days. Particular attention will be paid to the most commonly touched areas of the lodges such as door handles, light switches and remote controls.



How is my Hot Tub Sanitised?

We follow guidance from The British and Irish Spa Hot Tub Association (BISHTA).


Our team members give each hot tub a daily dosing of sanitiser to keep the water healthy, while ensuring the inside of the tubs above the waterline and lids are effectively sanitised.


You might see our team on your decking/garden area when they carry out daily checks. This is to ensure your hot tub is sanitised effectively. Social distancing will be applied throughout this process.



Social Distancing and Reduced Contact

The nature of our remote, rural locations means it’s easy to find plenty of wide, open space (and avoid crowds and queues). And because you have your property all to yourself, you can enjoy complete seclusion for your entire stay.


Our team members are already experts at staying in the background to ensure your total privacy, but now they’ll be following social distancing guidelines at all times too. Please contact us by phone on the numbers provided in your welcome email (sent 3 days prior to arrival) if you require anything and we will be there as soon as possible.


Our guest laundries will still be operational but please abide by the guidelines posted on site and make use of the sanitisers provided.

Keen to have a paddle at the beach, explore a National Park or drive to a famous landmark? We recommend checking with local authorities to see what’s open before your stay.


Alternatively, our team members can advise you on places that are ready to welcome visitors.
