Providing a more exclusive retreat to Dumfries & Galloway, Auchendoon at Conifers is set in the walled garden to the back of Conifer Lodges.
Stay in one of our luxury 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom lodges and cottages; with only 8 properties in total, this locations offers a tranquil setting, especially for relaxing in your private hot tub! Our cottages also have wood burning stoves for that extra touch of luxury.
However you choose to spend your days, be sure to take advantage of the dark skies in the evenings and spend your time star gazing from the warmth of your private hot tub.
Balmeadowside Country Lodges & Cottages
Providing the perfect back to nature escape, Balmeadowside has 19 lodges and cottages sleeping 2 to 8 which are all positioned on the south facing slopes of a working farm near Cupar in Fife providing amazing views over the countryside.
Enjoy a romantic break, a family holiday or a friend’s get-together in a relaxing idyllic location where the only locals you will meet are the resident llama’s, pygmy goats, deer and cattle.
Many of our guests choose to stay on the farm for their whole holiday, exploring the nurtured walks, taking in the relaxing atmosphere and retreating to their private hot tub, however we are also in the perfect location to get out and explore the surrounding area with gorgeous beaches nearby at Leuchars, St Andrews and the East Neuk or shopping in Dundee and Perth along with lots of activities for families throughout Fife.

Drumfork Estate
Drumfork in Blacklunans, Perthshire is in the perfect location for outside adventures whether that is hill walking, skiing in Glenshee or golfing as well as being an ideal place to relax and enjoy the idyllic surroundings.
Choose from one of our 7 properties sleeping 2 to 8 for a true escape to the country. Drumfork is set on a working estate where the Aberdeen Angus graze on the hills and our team would be happy to take you in to the fields to hand feed our llamas and deer.
Salmon fishing in the river by arrangement and trout fishing in the loch (both on catch and release) are offered at Drumfork free of charge. Please note that we do not supply equipment and if you wish to take part in some fishing you will have to bring your own rod.

Greenmyre Farm and Little Kenny Farm are only a 40 minute drive from Dundee, an hour from Perth and just over an hour to Aberdeen making them a great base for exploring Scotland. Glenshee is also a 40 minute drive, ideal for a ski holiday, especially as you can retreat back to the farmhouse and relax in the hot tub after a day on the slopes.

Situated adjacent to a working farm in Leuchars, Vicarsford Farmhouse is only 15 minutes from both St. Andrews and Dundee making it the perfect location for a family holiday. Vicarsford is also only 13 miles from Balmeadowside.
Vicarsford is also perfectly situated for keen golfers with Saint Michaels Golf Club, Drumoig Golf and Scotscraig Golf Club right on our doorstop and all within 5 miles. St Andrews Links is only 9 miles away offering a further 7 courses and for those of you interested in the annual Dunhill Links Championship we are only 19 miles from Carnoustie Golf Links and 16 miles from Kingsbarn Golf Links.
