How It Works
- Fill Out the Online Form – Tell us who the voucher is for, how much you would like put on to the voucher, and any personal message you’d like to include.
- Payment Over the Phone – Once we receive your request, a member of our team will call you to complete payment during our office hours: 9am to 5pm, 7 days a week.
- Voucher Sent via Email – After payment is confirmed, we’ll email your PDF voucher directly to you, ready to gift.

Our gift vouchers can be redeemed for any of our stays, making them a flexible gift for any occasion from Christmas presents, to birthdays and anniversaries, or simply to say “thank you” to someone special.

Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can be used at any of our locations

If vouchers remain unused after 1 year they will expire and cannot be accepted

A voucher must be used in full if the holiday cost is equal to or greater than the value of the voucher

If the value of the voucher is greater than the cost of the holiday a new voucher will be provided for the balance having the same expiry date of the original voucher
