NOTE:

  • Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can be used at any of our locations
  • If vouchers remain unused after 1 year they will expire and cannot be accepted
  • A voucher must be used in full if the holiday cost is equal to or greater than the value of the voucher
  • If the value of the voucher is greater than the cost of the holiday a new voucher will be provided for the balance having the same expiry date of the original voucher
