The Loyalty Ladder

Bronze

Once you have booked and paid in full for your 3rd stay with Solid Luxury, you become a Bronze Customer and will receive 5% discount on your next 2 stays with us at any of our 6 locations.

“Only our next 2 stays” we hear you cry! Don’t worry, this is simply because you are now climbing our loyalty ladder and once you have booked and paid for your 5th stay in full you will then become a Silver Customer and receive 10% discount.

Silver

Once you have booked and paid in full for your 5th stay with Solid Luxury you become a Silver Customer whereupon you will receive 10% off your next 2 stays.

Yes, that’s right, only 2 more stays until you are a Gold Customer! Once you have booked and paid for your 7th stay you become a Gold Customer and will then receive your 10% discount plus free robe hire.

Gold

When booking your 8th stay with Solid Luxury you are a Gold Customer, your Gold Customer Loyalty Voucher allows you 10% off your next 2 stays plus free robe hire.

What? You thought we would stop at Gold? Not Solid Luxury! We’d love for you to become a Platinum Customer. After you have booked and paid in full your 10th stay with us we will issue you with your Platinum Customer Loyalty Voucher where you will then receive your 10% discount, free robe hire and either an early arrival OR late departure for free.

Platinum

It’s your 11th booking with Solid Luxury…you’ve reached the top, you are officially a Platinum Customer and will now receive 10% discount on all of your future bookings plus free robe hire and an early arrival OR late departure for free.

Loyalty Voucher Terms

  • Your loyalty voucher can only be redeemed against bookings made by yourself and you must be staying in the property you have booked.
  • When booking multiple properties your loyalty discount is only applied to the property you are staying in.
  • When booking multiple properties your free robe hire / early arrival / late departure, are only applied to the property you are staying in.
  • When making an online booking, you must enter your voucher code before paying in full – we are unable to refund any amount if you fail to input your voucher code.
  • Loyalty discounts can be revoked at any time at our discretion.
  • Loyalty points are only accrued against bookings made direct with Solid Luxury.
  • Early arrival and late departure are subject to availability and cannot be redeemed on our larger properties until the week of your stay (if available).
