Did you know that during our quieter months we offer low occupancy discount on our larger properties? It’s the perfect way to try out one of the larger properties for future gatherings or simply because you would enjoy the extra space they provide!

Low Occupancy Discount can be offered during the following dates in 2024 where your holiday must fall in these dates and cannot extend beyond. For example, a holiday from 7th February to 10th February would not meet the requirements for low occupacy discount:

• 8th January to 8th February
• 26th February to 21st March
• 15th April to 27th June
• 2nd September to 6th October
• 28th October to 20th December

We can offer low occupancy discount in our properties sleeping 6 or more at Balmeadowside Country Lodges & Cottages, Conifer Lodges, Drumfork Estate, Greenmyre Farm, Kiltarlity Lodges, Rossie Ochil Estate and Vicarsford Farm.

The following conditions apply;

1. Bedroom Allocation
   • If you have selected 2 guests only 1 bedroom should be used. (Does not apply to Rossie Ochil House, Greenmyre Farmhouse, Vicarsford Farmhouse)
   • If you have selected 3 guests only 2 bedrooms should be used. You cannot use 1 bedroom and add a guest bed.
   • If you have selected 4 guests only 2 bedrooms should be used.
   • If you have selected 5 guests only 3 bedrooms should be used. You cannot use 2 bedrooms and add a guest bed.
   • If you have selected 6 guests only 3 bedrooms should be used.
   •  If you have selected 7 guests only 4 bedrooms should be used. You cannot use 3 bedrooms and add a guest bed.
   • If you have selected 8 guests only 4 bedrooms should be used.
2. When more bedrooms are used than stated above there will be deductions taken from your security deposit to cover the additional cleaning costs. If you are staying in a Heather Lodge at Kiltarlity we will invoice you for the additional costs.
3. When you have purchased your stay on a low occupancy discount, you must not exceed the number of guests stated on your booking confirmation. If additional guests stay in the property deductions will be taken from your security deposit to cover the additional cleaning costs. If you are staying in a Heather Lodge at Kiltarlity we will invoice you for the additional costs.
4. We will only offer low occupancy during quieter periods of the year.
