Low Occupancy Discounts

Did you know that during our quieter months we offer low occupancy discount on our larger properties? It’s the perfect way to try out one of the larger properties for future gatherings or simply because you would enjoy the extra space they provide!

We can offer low occupancy discount during low season in our properties sleeping 6 or more at Balmeadowside Country Lodges & Cottages, Conifer Lodges, Drumfork Estate, Greenmyre & Little Kenny Farms, and Kiltarlity Lodges.

The following conditions apply;

  1. Bedroom Allocation
    • If you have selected 2 guests only 1 bedroom should be used.
    • If you have selected 3 guests only 2 bedrooms should be used. You cannot use 1 bedroom and add a guest bed.
    • If you have selected 4 guests only 2 bedrooms should be used.
    • If you have selected 5 guests only 3 bedrooms should be used. You cannot use 2 bedrooms and add a guest bed.
    • If you have selected 6 guests only 3 bedrooms should be used.
    •  If you have selected 7 guests only 4 bedrooms should be used. You cannot use 3 bedrooms and add a guest bed.
    • If you have selected 8 guests only 4 bedrooms should be used.
  2. When more bedrooms are used than stated above there will be deductions taken from your security deposit to cover the additional cleaning costs. If your property does not have a security deposit, you will be invoiced accordingly and the card you have paid in full with will be charged.
  3. When you have purchased your stay on a low occupancy discount, you must not exceed the number of guests stated on your booking confirmation. If additional guests stay in the property deductions will be taken from your security deposit to cover the additional cleaning costs. If you are staying in a Heather Lodge at Kiltarlity we will invoice you for the additional costs.
  4. We will only offer low occupancy during quieter periods of the year.
