The Stables at Drumfork Estate is a dog friendly cottage with a covered hot tub near Glenshee in the Perthshire countryside.
Sleeping 4 in a super king bedroom and twin bedroom, this cottage is ideal for a family looking for a peaceful country retreat. Downstairs there is a spacious open plan living area complete with a wood burning stove and underfloor heating, perfect for spending quality time together! Outside you will find your private hot tub under a canopy within the enclosed private courtyard.
Although you’ll feel like you are a million miles away, Drumfork Estate is only 12 miles to Blairgowrie, 30 miles to Dundee and within an hour and a half to Edinburgh and Glasgow making this the ideal location to use as a base to explore Scotland. Drumfork is also in the perfect location for outside adventures whether that is hill walking, skiing in Glenshee or golfing as well as being an ideal place to relax and enjoy the idyllic surroundings.

Sleeps The Stables sleeps 4.
Family An additional travel cot or guest bed can be added to your booking if you have children. The Stables will sleep a maximum of 5 with the addition of a travel cot or guest bed for children only.
Dogs We allow up to 2 dogs in The Stables at an additional cost of £30 per stay for 1 dog and £45 per stay for 2 dogs.
Bedrooms Both bedrooms are upstairs. The master is a super king sleigh bed and the second bedroom is a twin bedroom.
Bathroom There is a family bathroom with walk in shower, freestanding bath and double sink. There is also a cloakroom downstairs.
Facilities 70/30 split fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, underfloor heating throughout the ground floor, hairdryer located in master bedroom, smart TV in lounge with additional TV’s in both bedrooms, built in bluetooth music system, wood burning and outside you will find your covered private hot tub.
WiFi We have free WiFi in all of our properties, and you will find the password in your welcome book. Please note that we cannot guarantee the signal strength or quality. Bookings should not be made if they are wholly reliant upon the uninterrupted provision of WiFi.
Arrival & Departure The Stables has flexible entry dates. Arrival time is any time from 4pm. Departure is 10am.
Outside The Stables has an enclosed courtyard area with table and chairs plus a covered area with your private hot tub.
Parking There is a parking area to the side of your cottage.

Booking Age We do not normally accept bookings from anyone under the age of 21 years unless a manager has approved a booking in advance
