Mill House at Drumfork Estate is a cottage not to be missed with stunning views over the Perthshire countryside and our first covered hot tub with the added luxury of an outside wood burning stove, perfect for those summer nights.
Sleeping 4 in two en-suite super king bedrooms this cottage is perfect for couples looking to escape to the country. Downstairs there is a large open plan kitchen, dining, living area with doors leading out to the enclosed decking. Outside you will find your private hot tub under a canopy with wood burning stove and stunning views.
Although you’ll feel like you are a million miles away, Drumfork Estate is only 12 miles to Blairgowrie, 30 miles to Dundee and within an hour and a half to Edinburgh and Glasgow making this the ideal location to use as a base to explore Scotland. Drumfork is also in the perfect location for outside adventures whether that is hill walking, skiing in Glenshee or golfing as well as being an ideal place to relax and enjoy the idyllic surroundings.

Sleeps Mill House sleeps 4.
Family An additional travel cot or guest bed can be added to your booking if you have children. Mill House will sleep a maximum of 5 with the addition of a travel cot or guest bed for children only.
Dogs We allow up to 2 dogs in Mill House at an additional cost of £30 per stay for 1 dog and £45 per stay for 2 dogs.
Bedrooms Both super king bedrooms are upstairs
Bathroom Both bedrooms have an en-suite, one with shower over bath and one with shower only. There is also a cloakroom downstairs
Facilities 70/30 split fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, underfloor heating throughout the ground floor, hairdryer located in master bedroom, TV & DVD player with additional TV’s in both bedrooms, bluetooth music system, wood burning stove in outside canopy area complete with private hot tub.
WiFi We have free WiFi in all of our properties, and you will find the password in your welcome book. Please note that we cannot guarantee the signal strength or quality. Bookings should not be made if they are wholly reliant upon the uninterrupted provision of WiFi.
Arrival & Departure Mill House has flexible entry dates. Arrival time is any time from 4pm. Departure is 10am.
Outside Mill House has an enclosed decking area with table and chairs plus a covered area with your private hot tub and wood burning stove.
Parking There is a parking area to the side of your cottage.
