The farmhouse boasts 6 bedrooms, an open plan kitchen, dining, living area, complete with wood burning stove, which leads out to the sun room; perfect for relaxing and watching the world go by. Don’t forget your swimwear as Little Kenny Farmhouse also has an outdoor private hot tub overlooking the expansive, unspoilt views over the Vale of Strathmore and beyond to the Sidlaw Hills.
Little Kenny Farm is only a 40 minute drive from Dundee, an hour from Perth and just over an hour to Aberdeen making this a great base for exploring Scotland. Glenshee is also a 40 minute drive, ideal for a ski holiday, especially as you can retreat back to the farmhouse and relax in the hot tub after a day on the slopes.
Please note that Little Kenny Farmhouse is set on a true working farm and the road down to the house is an uneven farm track.

Sleeps Little Kenny Farmhouse sleeps 12.
Family An additional guest bed or travel cot can be added to your booking if you have young children. Little Kenny Farmhouse will sleep a maximum of 13 with the addition of 1 guest bed or travel cot for children only.
Dogs We allow up to 3 dogs in Little Kenny Farmhouse at an additional cost. 1 dog will cost £30.00, 2 dogs will cost £45.00 and 3 dogs will cost £60.00 per stay.
Bedrooms Upstairs – 4 bedrooms including 2 ensuite super king bedrooms with feature bath and 2 additional superking bedrooms. Downstairs – 2 twin bedrooms
Bathroom Upstairs – 2 ensuite shower rooms and 1 shared shower room. Downstairs – 1 shared shower room and 1 cloakroom
Facilities American fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, range cooker with gas top, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer located in master bedroom, Smart TV in living room and master bedroom, wood burning stove, private hot tub.
WiFi We have free Wi-Fi at Little Kenny Farmhouse and you will find the password in your welcome book. Bookings should not be made if they are wholly reliant upon the uninterrupted provision of Wi-Fi.
Logs for Fire A starter pack of logs, kindling and matches will be in the farmhouse for your arrival.
Arrival & Departure Little Kenny Farmhouse has flexible entry dates. Arrival time is any time from 4pm. Departure is 10am.
Outside Little Kenny Farmhouse has a large open garden surrounding the farmhouse with 2 decking areas complete with garden furniture. The private hot tub overlooks the surrounding countryside, situated on a patio area by the sun room.
Parking There is a parking area to the front of the house.

Security Deposit There is a £500.00 security deposit on Little Kenny Farmhouse due 7 days prior to arrival
Group Booking All bookings made for our larger properties are subject to our Group Terms. Group and single sex bookings are welcome with the understanding that from 10pm we ask guests to respect the need for privacy and quiet by other guests. The locations are not suitable for stag and hen groups looking to play loud music and use our facilities for parties. We do not normally take bookings where more than half the party is aged 17-25. If this is the case please call us on 0333 210 1055 prior to making the booking in order that we may discuss your requirements further.
