Kingfisher Lodge, one of our three ‘Bird Lodges’, is situated a little further up the hillside than our ‘Tree Lodges’ at Balmeadowside offering accommodation for 4 with a super king en-suite bedroom and a twin bedroom with separate shower room.
Our pygmy goats spend their days in the field to the left of Kingfisher Lodge and are very friendly, so be sure to pop over to say hello.
The secure decking area on Kingfisher Lodge has stunning views overlooking the Fife countryside and here you can also find your private hot tub perfectly situated for privacy so you can sit back and relax in style.

Sleeps Kingfisher Lodge sleeps 4.
Family An additional guest bed or travel cot can be added to your booking if you have young children. Kingfisher Lodge will sleep a maximum of 4 plus 1 guest bed or travel cot.
Dogs We allow up to 2 dogs in Kingfisher Lodge at an additional cost. 1 dog will cost £30.00 and 2 dogs will cost £45.00 per stay.
Bedrooms Master super king bedroom plus one twin room.
Bathroom Master en-suite shower room plus one family shower room.
Facilities Fridge with small freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, electric hob, hairdryer located in master bedroom, TV & DVD player, integrated bluetooth speaker, private hot tub.
WiFi We have free WiFi in all of our properties, and you will find the password in your welcome book. Please note that we cannot guarantee the signal strength or quality. Bookings should not be made if they are wholly reliant upon the uninterrupted provision of WiFi. If you are looking to watch films etc, we would recommend downloading these prior to arrival.
Arrival & Departure Kingfisher Lodge has flexible entry dates. Arrival time is any time from 4pm. Departure is 10am.
Outside Kingfisher Lodge offers an enclosed decking to the front and side where you will find your private hot tub and garden furniture.
Parking There is a parking area to the front side of your lodge.

Booking Age We do not normally accept bookings from anyone under the age of 21 years unless a manager has approved a booking in advance
