Our Treetop Lodges opened in 2023 and are our newest properties at Balmeadowside Country Lodges & Cottages.
Chestnut Lodge is the third of our stylish Treetop Lodges and offers self-catering accommodation for 2 with a super king bed, spacious shower room and open plan kitchen, living, dining area. Outside you can relax from the warmth of your private hot tub, specially designed for 2, whilst overlooking the treetops to the gorgeous Fife countryside.

Family Our Treetop Lodges strictly sleep a maximum of 2.
Dogs We allow 2 dogs in Chestnut Logde at an additional cost. 1 dog will cost £30.00 and 2 dogs with cost £45.00 per stay.

Facilities Undercounter fridge with small freezer box, toaster, kettle, oven, induction hob, microwave, hairdryer located in bedroom, Smart TV, intergrated bluetooth music system, private hot tub.
WiFi We have free WiFi in all of our properties, and you will find the password in your welcome book. Please note that we cannot guarantee the signal strength or quality. Bookings should not be made if they are wholly reliant upon the uninterrupted provision of WiFi. If you are looking to watch films etc, we would recommend downloading these prior to arrival.
Arrival & Departure Chestnut Lodge has flexible entry dates. Arrival time is any time from 4pm. Departure is 10am.
Outside Chestnut Lodge offers an enclosed decking with table & chairs and your hot tub specially designed for 2 where you can take in the views over the treetops to the Fife countryside.
Parking There is a parking area at the entrance to your lodge for 1 car.

Booking Age We do not normally accept bookings from anyone under the age of 21 years unless a manager has approved a booking in advance
