Renovated in December 2018, Cannich Cottage, at Parbroath Farm is the newest property at Balmeadowside and sits adjacent to the farmers cottage giving guests a true ‘on the farm’ experience.
This cottage is ideal for family and friends with a super king bedroom and twin bedroom along with a cosy living room complete with wood burning stove and a large kitchen dining area which leads out to the enclosed garden where you will find your private hot tub.
Explore the well nurtured walks at Balmeadowside, feed the pygmy goats, and in lambing season you may even be lucky enough to help the farmer feed the lambs. After a day of adventures retreat back to your cottage and relax in your private hot tub.

Sleeps Cannich Cottage sleeps up to 4.
Family An additional travel cot can be added to your booking if you have young children. Cannich Cottage will sleep a maximum of 4 plus 1 travel cot.
Dogs We allow up to 2 dogs in Cannich Cottage at an additional cost. 1 dog will cost £30.00 and 2 dogs will cost £45.00 per stay.
Bedrooms One super king bedroom with TV and one twin bedroom.
Bathroom One bathroom with shower over bath.
Facilities 70/30 split fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, induction hob, washer/dryer, hairdryer located in master bedroom, TV & DVD player, bluetooth speaker, wood burning stove, private hot tub.
WiFi We have free WiFi in all of our properties, and you will find the password in your welcome book. Please note that we cannot guarantee the signal strength or quality. Bookings should not be made if they are wholly reliant upon the uninterrupted provision of WiFi.
Logs for Fire A starter pack of logs, kindling and matches is included. Additional logs can be purchased on site.
Arrival & Departure Cannich Cottage has flexible entry dates. Arrival time is any time from 4pm. Departure is 10am.
Outside Cannich Cottage offers an enclosed garden to the rear of the property where you will find your private hot tub and garden furniture.
Parking There is a large parking area to the front of the cottage.
