Family A travel cot can be added to your booking for an additional £10.00. Bracken Lodge 5 will sleep a maximum of 4 plus 1 travel cot.

Dogs We allow up to 2 dogs in Bracken Lodge 5 at an additional cost. 1 dog will cost £30.00, 2 dogs will cost £45.00 per stay.

Bedrooms Master double bedroom and one twin bedroom.

Bathroom Family shower room.

Facilities Midi-height 70/30 split fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, electric hob, electric fire in lounge area, hairdryer located in master bedroom, TV & DVD player.

WiFi We have free WiFi in all of our properties, and you will find the password in your welcome book. Please note that we cannot guarantee the signal strength or quality. Bookings should not be made if they are wholly reliant upon the uninterrupted provision of WiFi.

Arrival & Departure Bracken Lodge 5 has flexible entry dates. Arrival time is any time from 4pm. Departure is 10am.

Outside Decking area to front of lodge. The open area to the front of Bracken Lodge 5 has a picnic bench. There is no enclosed area to the outside of Bracken Lodge 5.

Parking There is parking to the side of your lodge for 1 car plus additional visitor parking at reception.

Booking Age We do not normally accept bookings from anyone under the age of 21 years unless a manager has approved a booking in advance
