Set on the peaceful banks of the River Black Water in Bridge of Cally, Bleaton Hallet House is an impressive five-bedroom house sleeping up to 10 guests. Located just down the road from Drumfork Estate, this spacious property offers a wonderful base for family get-togethers and group escapes.
Bleaton Hallet House is thoughtfully finished to provide a comfortable and welcoming holiday home, with generous living spaces, five well proportioned bedrooms and plenty of room for everyone to relax together. It’s riverside setting offers a lovely sense of tranquility, with soothing sounds of the water close by and scenic surroundings right on the doorstep.
Bridge of Cally sits at the gateway to Glenshee and the Cairngorms National Park, making Bleaton Hallet House ideally placed for exploring Perthshire and beyond. Whether you’re planning countryside walks, days our in the hills or simply time spent together in a beautiful setting, this riverside house promises a relaxing and memorable stay.

Sleeps Bleaton Hallet House sleeps 10.
Family An additional guest bed or travel cot can be added to your booking if you have young children. Bleaton Hallet House will sleep a maximum of 12 with the addition of 2 guest beds or travel cots for children only.
Dogs We allow up to 3 dogs in Bleaton Hallet House at an additional cost. 1 dog will cost £30.00, 2 dogs will cost £45.00 and 3 dogs will cost £60.00 per stay.
Bedrooms 4 bedrooms are upstairs, 2 x Super King, 1 x King, 1 x Twin, downstairs the is 1 x super king bedroom in the annexe
Bathroom Downstairs there is 1 x bathroom with shower over bath, the annexe offers an ensuite shower room. Upstairs there are 2 x shower rooms and 1 x bathroom with bath and separate shower
Facilities American fridge freezer in kitchen with additional fridge in utility, pantry, toaster, kettle, microwave, AGA, Nespresso Pixie coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. Hairdryer located in master bedroom. Smart TV in lounge and master bedroom, Bluetooth speaker in TV lounge. Separate dining room. Wood burning hot tub.
WiFi We have free Wi-Fi at Bleaton Hallet House and you will find the password in your welcome book. Bookings should not be made if they are wholly reliant upon the uninterrupted provision of Wi-Fi.
Logs for Fire Logs, kindling and matches are included.
Arrival & Departure Bleaton Hallet House has flexible entry dates. Arrival time is any time from 4pm. Departure is 10am.
Outside Bleaton Hallet House has a large open garden surrounding the farmhouse with a patio area complete with garden furniture which leads down to the decking area complete with private wood burning hot tub overlooking the black water.
Wood Burning Hot Tub Bleaton Hallet House has a wood burning hot tub and not an electric hot tub like our other large properties. A wood burning hot tub does not create bubbles. These hot tubs are not hot for arrival and it is up to you, as the guest, to fill your tub with water and then build and light the fire to your hot tub. Filling your hot tub will take approx. 45 minutes and heating your hot tub can take around 1.5/2hrs (depending on the outside temperature). Instructions for use can be found in your welcome book. When the team have time, they will fill your tub for arrival. Please note that you are able to empty and refill your tub during your stay using the hose provided.
Parking There is a parking area to the front of the house.

Security Deposit There is a £500.00 security deposit on Bleaton Hallet House due 7 days prior to arrival
Group Booking All bookings made for our larger properties are subject to our Group Terms. Group and single sex bookings are welcome with the understanding that from 10pm we ask guests to respect the need for privacy and quiet by other guests. The locations are not suitable for stag and hen groups looking to play loud music and use our facilities for parties. We do not normally take bookings where more than half the party is aged 17-25. If this is the case please call us on 0333 210 1055 prior to making the booking in order that we may discuss your requirements further.
