Birch Lodge 20 with private hot tub has recently been refurbished and is a great base for exploring all that Dumfries and Galloway has to offer from zip wiring to gin tasting to star gazing. Birch Lodge 20 offers accommodation for 4 guests including a king size bedroom, a twin bedroom, a family bathroom and an open plan living, kitchen, dining area.
Situated at the top of the site, the lodge offers fantastic views over the park and the outdoor seating is perfect to sit and enjoy the peaceful nature of Conifers.

Sleeps Birch Lodge 20 sleeps up to 4.
Family An additional guest bed or travel cot can be added to your booking if you have young children. Birch Lodge 20 will sleep a maximum of 4 plus 1 guest bed or travel cot.
Dogs We allow 2 dogs in Birch Lodge 20 at an additional cost. 1 dog will cost £30.00 and 2 dogs will cost £45.00 per stay.
Bedrooms One king size bedroom and one twin bedroom.
Bathroom One bathroom with shower over bath.
Facilities Undercounter fridge with small freezer box, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, induction hob, hairdryer located in master bedroom, TV & DVD player, built-in Bluetooth speaker, private hot tub.
WiFi We have free WiFi in all of our properties, and you will find the password in your welcome book. Please note that we cannot guarantee the signal strength or quality. Bookings should not be made if they are wholly reliant upon the uninterrupted provision of WiFi.
Arrival & Departure Birch Lodge 20 has flexible entry dates. Arrival time is any time from 4pm. Departure is 10am.
Outside Birch Lodge 20 offers a small enclosed decking to the front of the lodge plus decking to the side complete with your private hot tub.
Parking There is parking to the side of your lodge for 1 car plus additional visitor parking at reception.

Booking Age We do not normally accept bookings from anyone under the age of 21 years unless a manager has approved a booking in advance
