Birch lodge 19 with Hot Tub is a perfect lodge for couples looking for a relaxing break to Dumfries & Galloway. This lodge sleeps 4 and includes a king size master bedroom and a second double bedroom. The spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area provides a great entertainment area for relaxing after a day of exploring the local area.
To the front of the lodge there is an enclosed decking area with outdoor seating and to the rear of the lodge there is a large enclosed decking area with garden furniture and private hot tub, so don’t forget to pack your swimwear!

Sleeps Birch Lodge 19 sleeps up to 4.
Family An additional guest bed or travel cot can be added to your booking if you have young children. Birch Lodge 19 will sleep a maximum of 4 plus 1 guest bed or travel cot. Please note the guest bed or travel cot will be set up in living area.
Dogs Birch Lodge 19 became strictly dog free in January 2024.
Bedrooms One king size bedroom and one double bedroom.
Bathroom One bathroom with shower over bath.
Facilities Undercounter fridge with small freezer box, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, hairdryer located in master bedroom, TV & DVD player, private hot tub.
WiFi We have free WiFi in all of our properties, and you will find the password in your welcome book. Please note that we cannot guarantee the signal strength or quality. Bookings should not be made if they are wholly reliant upon the uninterrupted provision of WiFi.
Arrival & Departure Birch Lodge 19 has flexible entry dates. Arrival time is any time from 4pm. Departure is 10am.
Outside Birch Lodge 19 offers an enclosed raised decking area to the back of the lodge where you will find your private hot tub and garden furniture.
Parking There is parking to the side of your lodge for 1 car plus additional visitor parking at reception.

Booking Age We do not normally accept bookings from anyone under the age of 21 years unless a manager has approved a booking in advance
