Nestled in the corner of the site, Birch lodge 18 provides the perfect private spot to relax. The hot tub is located to the side of the lodge with the back of the hot tub area open, giving the ultimate place to relax and spend some time watching the local wildlife.
Birch Lodge 18 has two bedrooms, a master king size and a twin, complete with a family bathroom. Sit back and relax in the open plan living/kitchen/dining area with views over Conifer Lodges from the front of the lodge.

Sleeps Birch Lodge 18 sleeps up to 4.
Family An additional guest bed or travel cot can be added to your booking if you have young children. Birch Lodge 18 will sleep a maximum of 4 plus 1 guest bed or travel cot.
Dogs We allow up to 2 dogs in Birch Lodge 18 at an additional cost. 1 dog will cost £30.00 and 2 dogs with cost £45.00 per stay.
Bedrooms One king size bedroom and one twin bedroom.
Bathroom One bathroom with shower over bath.
Facilities Undercounter fridge with small freezer box, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, hairdryer located in master bedroom, TV & DVD player, private hot tub.
WiFi We have free WiFi in all of our properties, and you will find the password in your welcome book. Please note that we cannot guarantee the signal strength or quality. Bookings should not be made if they are wholly reliant upon the uninterrupted provision of WiFi.
Arrival & Departure Birch Lodge 18 has flexible entry dates. Arrival time is any time from 4pm. Departure is 10am.
Outside Birch Lodge 18 offers a small decking to the front of the lodge and a fully enclosed patio area to the side of the lodge complete with private hot tub.
Parking There is parking to the side of your lodge for 1 car plus additional visitor parking on site.

Booking Age We do not normally accept bookings from anyone under the age of 21 years unless a manager has approved a booking in advance
