Birch lodge 12 provides an excellent base for exploring all that Dumfries and Galloway has to offer. The lodge provides accommodation for 4 with a king size bedroom and twin bedroom complete with a family bathroom.
Outside there is a large enclosed decking area complete with private hot tub, table and chairs which is perfect for enjoying a relaxing evening after a day out exploring. Conifer Lodges is in a dark skies area and on a clear night there is no better place than your private hot tub to star gaze from.

Sleeps Birch Lodge 12 sleeps up to 4.
Family An additional guest bed or travel cot can be added to your booking if you have young children. Birch Lodge 12 will sleep a maximum of 4 plus 1 guest bed or travel cot.
Dogs Birch Lodge 12 allows 2 dogs. 1 dog will cost an additional £30.00 per stay and 2 dogs will cost an additional £45.00 per stay.
Bedrooms One king size bedroom and one twin bedroom.
Bathroom Family shower room
Facilities Midi height fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, hairdryer located in master bedroom, TV & DVD player, built-in Bluetooth speaker, private hot tub.
WiFi We have free WiFi in all of our properties, and you will find the password in your welcome book. Please note that we cannot guarantee the signal strength or quality. Bookings should not be made if they are wholly reliant upon the uninterrupted provision of WiFi.
Arrival & Departure Birch Lodge 12 has flexible entry dates. Arrival time is any time from 4pm. Departure is 10am.
Outside Birch Lodge 12 offers a large enclosed decking with garden furniture and private hot tub.
Parking There is parking to the side of your lodge for 1 car plus additional visitor parking on site.
