One of our two ‘Owl Lodges’, Barn Lodge is the perfect retreat for family and friends looking to escape to the countryside with a large super king en-suite bedroom, a twin bedroom and family shower room. The open plan living, dining, kitchen area takes full advantage of the location with stunning views. Outside you will find your enclosed decking area with garden furniture and your private hot tub which of course also offers amazing views!
Spend your days at Balmeadowside exploring the well maintained walks, with routes to suit all levels of fitness, keeping an eye out for the resident deer, llamas and pygmy goats or venture further afield and explore Fife with an array of activities to suit all interests, then retreat back to Barn Lodge to relax and take in the idyllic setting.

Sleeps Barn Lodge sleeps 4.
Family An additional guest bed or travel cot can be added to your booking if you have young children. Barn Lodge will sleep a maximum of 4 plus 1 guest bed or travel cot.
Dogs We allow up to 2 dogs in Barn Lodge at an additional cost. 1 dog will cost £30.00 and 2 dogs will cost £45.00 per stay.
Bedrooms Master super king bedroom plus one twin room.
Bathroom Master en-suite shower room plus one family shower room.
Facilities Fridge with small freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, electric hob, hairdryer located in master bedroom, TV & DVD player, bluetooth speaker, private hot tub.
WiFi We have free WiFi in all of our properties, and you will find the password in your welcome book. Please note that we cannot guarantee the signal strength or quality. Bookings should not be made if they are wholly reliant upon the uninterrupted provision of WiFi. If you are looking to watch films etc, we would recommend downloading these prior to arrival.
Arrival & Departure Barn Lodge has flexible entry dates. Arrival time is any time from 4pm. Departure is 10am.
Outside Barn Lodge offers an enclosed decking to front and side where you will find your private hot tub and garden furniture.
Parking There is a parking area to the side of your lodge.

Booking Age We do not normally accept bookings from anyone under the age of 21 years unless a manager has approved a booking in advance
