As the cooler weather begins to set in, our minds (and stomachs) start thinking about comfort food! Slow cooked casseroles, bolognese and pies to name just a few! With our Venison Packs, you can try various cuts and recipes…the perfect way to try Venison for the first time or to experiment further if you have tried Venison before.

We’ve recently added the Christmas Box; perfect for trying out Gordon Ramsay’s recipe for Venison Wellington and the Hogmanay Box with diced shoulder which is the perfect cut for a New Years Day Venison Pie!

How To Order Your Venison

The easiest way to order your venison is via the online order form – Drumfork Estate Online Order Form. Here you will be able to choose from our various venison packs to individual cuts. Once you complete your form, we’ll be in touch within 3 working days to confirm your order and take payment.

Our Individual Cuts all have individual prices depending on the weight of the product. When we contact you, we’ll have options of weights/prices for you.

On your order form, you will also be able to choose whether you would like to collect your order from one of our 3 locations in Dumfries & Galloway, Fife and Perthshire or have your order posted via a 24hr delivery service.

Please note that our venison products come frozen. Once the products are defrosted your should not re-freeze them. We pack your order in a insulated box with freezer packs.
