As concerns around Coronavirus (COVID-19) rise we wanted to let you know that we are doing everything we can to ensure your safety.

 

As it has always been, the wellbeing of our guests and team members remains our highest priority. We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. In response to the Coronavirus, we have taken additional precautions to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous. Our teams are receiving ongoing briefings and we have enhanced operating protocols. We have also increased the frequency of cleaning our public areas and have continued the use of disinfectant.

 

Please be assured that our management are working hard to ensure we are following the very latest advice and we are prepared to act swiftly should we be alerted to a case of coronavirus at one of our properties.

 

We fully understand that many of our customers may feel that they wish to change their travel plans given the evolving COVID-19 situation and as such we are giving additional levels of flexibility to customers.

 

If you need to change the travel date on your booking, we are waiving all change fees and will allow bookings to be moved to a later date (although a price difference may apply).

 

If you wish to cancel your stay, our usual Cancellation Policy will remain in force (see T’s & C’s) although all admin fees will be waived. We will at all times follow government protocol and if it is necessary for us to close any of our establishments or government enforced travel restrictions are put in place then refunds will of course be made in full.
