Join Phoenix Falconry Scotland on the half day natural hunt through their estate to enjoy their birds doing what nature has honed them to do for millennia. With the help of one of their well trained pointing dogs, their working 'pack' of Harris Hawks will be looking to catch supper in the form of rabbits, pheasant, hare and duck (in season).
